SK Craig  Schreiber

Craig Schreiber, husband to Tanya and proud father of two daughters and 4 granddaughters. Craig is a 4th degree Sir Knight since 2001. He has served in multiple roles including Deputy Grand Knight in his tenure as a Knight. Craig is an Army Veteran. Craig and his Lady Knight Tanya moved to Kyle 2 years ago from Thibodaux, Louisiana, to be closer to their grand kids. Both Craig and Tanya are retired educators. Craig taught High School and Middle School, and Dr. Tanya is still teaching online Nursing classes. You can find SKCraig, his wife, and family at the 10am Mass.

If you see Brother Craig at Mass or at a function, be sure to introduce yourself!

Brothers, it’s that very exciting time of the year when KC7975 officer nominations open for the fraternal year 2024 (this July thru next June)! Many nominations were made in-person this week and I’m thrilled to see the Council’s enthusiasm for a great fraternal year ’24.

The duties of the positions above are attached for your review. Officers meet the 1st Tuesday of every month (planning) and the 2nd Tuesday of every month (Council Discussion/Rosary/Social).

Squires Report

Chief Squire Santiago Chavez and his fellow Squires had a lot of events the last few months of the year. We had a BBQ, Parish Fiesta, the SVDP Angel tree, the Angel Breakfast, Christmas Caroling, and finally the successful 50/50 fundraiser for the parish. We had a great turn out of KC brothers for a lot of these events. Please keep coming out. We are still in desperate need of a few dedicated counselors to join the Squires Leadership team.
